Title: Potato-Vegetable Soup

Yield: 4 Cups

2cStock
1mdPotato, cut in eighths
1/2cOnion, sliced
1cCarrots, sliced
1/2cCelery, sliced
1/2tsFresh ground black pepper
1tbDried parsley

Place all ingredients in a 4 quart saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and cook over low heat for 1 hour.
